Without a fixed input, each generation is slightly different — colors may shift, cuts may vary, and front vs. back views may not perfectly match.</p><p></p><p>To improve consistency, use the same reference image and generation settings for each view. Batch-generate all views in a single session rather than separate runs. Upscaling to 4K after review can also reduce apparent variation.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>Why does the AI distort or use outdated logos on garments?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Logos are one of the hardest problems in generative AI. Full logo accuracy at scale is not guaranteed today due to how generative AI models handle brand assets. AI models are trained on large datasets that include historical imagery, so recent rebrands or less-common logos may not be accurately represented. The model fills gaps with its best guess, which can produce distorted or outdated versions. </p><p></p><p>A few tips:</p><ul><li><p>Upload <strong>reference images</strong> for logos, prints, and labels (this significantly improves accuracy)</p></li><li><p>Use <strong>real product photos as input</strong> instead of starting from scratch</p></li><li><p>Apply <strong>post-generation edits</strong> (logo swap/cleanup) where needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We’re actively working on more deterministic logo handling and brand asset control to make this as consistent as possible at scale.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>What types of inputs can I put through the Sketch to Product flow? </summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Sketch to Product is not limited to professional sketches. You can upload a hand drawn sketch or even a photo (camera, iPhone etc) of a real garment and run it through the sketch-to-product flow. The AI will use it as a visual reference. You can also upload separate reference images for print, logo, and texture to improve output accuracy.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>How do credits work?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>Each generation is counted as one credit. 5 edits equal 1 credit. Generating directly in 4K uses 1 additional credit. If you generate at low quality first and upscale later, that upscale also costs 1 credit.</p><p></p><p>Tip: Generate in standard quality to review composition, then upscale only the approved versions. This keeps credit usage efficient.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>Are there limits on the number of users per subscription?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>No — all plans include unlimited users. There is no per-seat pricing. Your whole team can access Lumoo under a single subscription.</p></div></details><details class="details"><summary>Is the monthly cost worth it compared to a real photoshoot?</summary><div data-type="detailsContent"><p>A single traditional photoshoot typically costs several thousand euros when you factor in studio rental, photographer, models, post-production, and reshoots. Lumoo eliminates those fixed costs and enables on-demand iteration.
