Managing Users
Setting up and managing users in Lumoo is easy.
To manage users, go to your Account Homepage (by clicking the Lumoo icon in the upper left hand corner) and click Users. Here you can search for existing users by name or email in the search bar, or you can filter by their status or role, under the All Statuses and All Roles dropdown menus.

To add new users, click on the purple Invite Users button. Simply type in their email and select their Role, then click the purple Invite button.
To change usersβ roles or remove them from your account, find their name in the Users list, click on the three dots to the right of their name, and select Change role or Remove, respectively.
Invites to new users should be sent immediately. If you are experiencing issues with sending or receiving invites, please reach out to support@lumoo.com.
User Roles
Lumoo Studio has three user roles. Two are organization-level roles assigned when a user is invited, and one is a platform-level administrator role.
Member
Organization level
The default role assigned when someone is invited to an organization. Members have full access to creative tools but cannot manage users or organization settings.
What Members can do
Browse all public workspaces in their organization
Create, edit, and delete Products, Models, VTO Looks, and Scenes
Create, edit, or delete their own workspaces
Run AI generations and download results
Upload and manage their own files
View the list of organization members
View generation usage for the organization
Update their own profile (name, avatar)
Accept or decline organization invitations
Leave the organization at any time
What Members cannot do
Invite or remove users
Change anyone's role
Access organization settings
View or manage billing information
Org Admin
Organization level
Everything a Member can do, plus the ability to manage the organization's users, workspaces, and settings.
Additional capabilities beyond Member
Invite new users to the organization (as either Member or Org Admin)
Remove members from the organization
Change a user's role between Member and Org Admin
Revoke pending invitations
Create, edit, and delete workspaces
Access and modify organization settings
View the organization's billing account
Good to know: There must always be at least one Org Admin per organization β the last one cannot be demoted or removed. A user can hold different roles in different organizations.
Super Admin
Platform level
A platform-level administrator role used by the Lumoo team. Super Admins have full oversight of the entire platform.
Additional capabilities beyond Org Admin
Access the Admin Dashboard with platform-wide metrics (total users, monthly active users, daily generation counts)
Create new organizations and link them to billing accounts
Deactivate and reactivate organizations
Create and manage billing accounts (usage limits, usage periods, trial status)
View all organizations in the system, including deactivated ones
View all billing accounts and their usage data
Invite users to any organization (not limited to their own)
Note: Super Admins manage platform structure (organizations, billing, users) but must be added as a member of an organization to access its workspace content such as products and generations.
Quick Reference
* Requires membership in the organization
Additional Details
Invitations expire after 7 days. If not accepted within that window, a new invitation must be sent.
Roles are per organization. A single user can hold different roles in different organizations.
Every organization must have at least one Org Admin at all times.
Users cannot invite themselves.
